Cancellation policy

1° Cancellation conditions at standard rates
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up between the 7th and the 2nd day before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50 will be charged
per day, per room.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

2° Cancellation conditions by Advance Purchase, non refundable rates and any other promotional prices.
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
